Different icons will become highlighted and let you know how to open various other menus, so if you’re trying to do something and not having much success, just take a second to see if the game is desperately trying to tell you to press E instead of angrily clicking away.

When you fought Glurch, you may have noticed a bunch of orange slime on the ground. This is not just an environmental hazard — these tiles cause enemies to spawn.
Once you find Glurch, you'll want to try to clean up the area near this massive monster. Pick up any slime tiles on the ground and kill any enemies in the area. Then, move in toward Glurch and start dealing damage.
Standard type character is strongly recommended over hardcore, for all players. It is also recommended that new players start in a normal Core Keeper Gameplay mode world. Hard mode currently doubles the health and damage of all enemies and bosses, for little to no pay-off.
